🥉 3rd place: CashFromChaos, by David Diaz (@davddiazm) CashFromChaos starts from a single seller input and automates everything up until a completed sale. You send a photo and a one-line clue, and Hermes runs the whole recommerce operation: it identifies the item, asks only the critical questions, routes it to the right marketplace, sets a price, drafts the listing, negotiates with buyers, collects a Stripe-held payment, guides fulfillment, and releases the payout after delivery. Every decision stays inside an explicit CommercePolicy that defines the floor price, counter rules, and spend limits, so the agent runs the sale within bounds the seller sets. It is built on Hermes with Nemotron through Nous Portal in a Next.js app. 🏆 2,500 cash, an NVIDIA DGX Spark, and 1,000 in Stripe credits Code: https://github.com/DavidDiazMerino/cashfromchaos https://x.com/davddiazm/status/2071613972717965775 I don’t want this. CashFromChaos sells it. Hermes operates the sale end to end: understand the item, choose the channel, negotiate within policy, collect a Stripe-held payment, and release payout after delivery. Built for @NousResearch × @nvidia × @stripe H.A.A.B. Hackathon
