Amazon Nova Act is a service for building and managing AI agents that automate browser-based UI workflows, powered by a custom Nova 2 Lite model. It is particularly valuable for industries with fragmented platforms such as healthcare, insurance, and travel where manual form filling creates bottlenecks. HIPAA eligibility means organizations with a Business Associate Agreement can now use Amazon Nova Act to process, store, and transmit electronic protected health information (ePHI).
