Chat SDK now supports concurrent message handling

The Chat SDK has been updated to support concurrent message handling. This feature allows developers to control the processing of newly arrived messages relative to those already being handled, ensuring predictable workflows. Concurrency strategies are now configurable across all supported adapters.
