Directionally correct Open memory standards will need to emerge But it’s so early right now. We’re still just figuring out what best practices are. And so a lot is at the mercy of harnesses Agents.md and skills are great start though If your memory dies when your harness dies, you built the harness too thick. Memory is markdown. Skills are markdown. Brain is a git repo. The harness is a thin conductor — it reads the files, it doesn't own them.
