NVIDIA built a Digital Supply Chain Intelligence command center on Palantir Foundry that unifies material, capacity, and qualitative signals to drive critical allocation decisions. The weekly mixed‑integer linear program cuOpt minimizes Time of Ownership across manufacturing sites, but human planners consistently outperform the model by incorporating unstructured data such as emails, weather forecasts, geopolitical events, and supplier debriefs. Leveraging Nemotron 3.5 Lightning trained on historical allocation decisions, NVIDIA achieved 86.7% accuracy—well ahead of larger base models—and uses this performance to feed back into the ontology for continuous institutional knowledge capture and future retraining.
