How AWS Finance teams reclaimed hundreds of hours with Amazon Quick

AWS Finance used Amazon Quick chat agents and Flows to automate two major time-consuming workflows: financial target setting and weekly business reviews. The automation reduced target-setting time from 6 hours to approximately 10 minutes per customer deep dive and eliminated the manual Monday routine for weekly business review preparation entirely. The reclaimed time was redirected toward strategic work including risk analysis, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
