Ray Day Seattle (April 9, 2026) was an Anyscale event where ML engineers from Notion, Uber, Salesforce, and Apple shared real-world experiences scaling AI infrastructure with Ray. Notion highlighted how migrating its AI embedding pipeline from Apache Spark to Ray cut costs by over 80% while also delivering 10x improvements in query latency and consolidating multiple regional jobs into one. The event kicked off Anyscale's 2026 "Ray on the Road" tour spanning eight cities across three countries, with invite-only customer roundtables at each stop to preview the product roadmap.
