I made a short video showing how to set up a Hermes agent in this Cloud (spoiler: actually took a bit less than 60 seconds to spin it up). I usually use agents with my local device, but I've found that having one on a VPS can be really useful, especially for automation and cron jobs. You can use wakeAgent or noAgent pre-run scripts to poll a state regularly and then perform a task as needed, without worrying about keeping your device (or gateway) online or sharing resources with your day-to-day work.
