Multigres v0.1 Alpha: an operating system for Postgres

Multigres is an adaptation of Vitess for Postgres that provides horizontal scalability, high availability, and multi-tenant support while remaining compatible with standard Postgres . The project is a proxy that sits in front of Postgres databases , and is currently in early stages of development . Led by Sugu Sougoumarane, co-creator of Vitess, Multigres brings horizontal scalability, high availability, and intelligent sharding to PostgreSQL while preserving full protocol compatibility with existing applications .
