Tencent is about to release an anime video model (AniMatrix).

Tencent launched Hunyuan Video in December 2024, an open-source AI video generation model with 13 billion parameters that supports text-to-video and image-to-video conversion. The model brings unique strengths such as excellent prompt adherence, cost-effectiveness, and specific stylistic capabilities, particularly in anime and character animation. The model's code and pre-trained weights are available on GitHub and Hugging Face platforms.
