Best local LLM for real-time PT-BR voice conversation? (Pipeline help)

​ Building a local voice chat pipeline: Struggling with fast, natural PT-BR conversation models I'm currently trying to build a local AI voice chat system that can use tools via an LLM. I'm testing two different pipelines right now: * VAD -> Whisper -> Gemma 4 -> Kokoro * VAD -> Qwen3-Omni -> Kokoro (using Qwen to extract speech emotions, and Kokoro for faster/better TTS). My main bottleneck right now is Portuguese (PT-BR). I haven't been able to find a model that delivers natural, conversational responses and runs fast enough for a real-time voice chat in PT-BR.
