This call for papers announces a workshop focused on the growing need for efficient and effective techniques for editing trained models, especially large generative models. The workshop solicits papers on topics including responsible unlearning and model editing, covering aspects like robustness, ethics, fairness, resource efficiency, privacy, and regulatory compliance. The workshop addresses the practical challenge that generative models require enormous compute costs to retrain, making it prohibitively expensive to update them whenever safety risks, deployment constraints, or changing requirements emerge.
