Lucasfilm released the final trailer for "The Mandalorian and Grogu" during their presentation at CinemaCon, with the film opening in theaters on May 22. Director Jon Favreau also screened the first 17 minutes of the film at the event. The film follows Din Djarin and Grogu as they move into the next phase of their lives, furthering the father-son dynamic between them with larger galactic stakes tied to the New Republic.
