NOT enough attention is being given to: 1) Claude dynamic workflows. Claude is literally generating a harness on demand! Agents spinning up 400 agents to run something in parallel and bringing it back to you, when all you did was ask for the outcome in natural language. 2) Claude Tag. Proactive AI just feels different. We don’t have to invoke it, we don’t have to ask it anything, it’s just THERE. And it helps. We’ve brought it in to several slack channels to test it out and are still working through tool connections which are annoying. 3) Codex live voice mode. Some will say it’s an ambient chief of staff. I think that undersells it. It’s an ambient workforce, an ambient voice-controlled operating system. I go on walks, talk to AI, fire off multiple computer tasks, triage my day, and improve my system architecture…all via natural language and yapping. Be ambitious. And be weird. Ask your favorite harness to find dozens or hundreds of the latest YouTube videos from AI superusers (think: Greg Isenberg, Matt Berman, Nate Herk) or AI superusers on podcasts (ex: my latest interview with Greg, Boris interviews) all posted in the last month, read all the transcripts, organize all the ideas, interview you on what you want to achieve/produce/impact/grow and make basically a system architecture PRD for itself. Review, iterate, approve, let it run. Or literally just run “/last30days AI superuser behaviors and habits” if you have Matt Van Horn’s skill installed, which you should. Or grab this tweet and just say “yo let’s do this”.
