NVIDIA Ising is the world's first family of open-source quantum AI models, designed to help researchers and enterprises build quantum processors capable of running useful applications. The family spans key quantum workloads, starting with Ising Calibration for automating the rapid tuning of quantum processors and Ising Decoding, which accelerates the real-time decoding required for quantum error correction. The models deliver up to 2.5x faster and 3x more accurate quantum error correction decoding than traditional approaches, and are accompanied by a cookbook of workflows and training data along with NVIDIA NIM microservices to help developers fine-tune models for specific hardware architectures with minimal setup.
