Pc build limitations

Here's the build I managed to scrape together System Specifications: CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix Z270-E Gaming RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4-3000 Storage: 1TB Crucial P5 Plus M.2 GPU: Zotac GAMING Trinity OC GeForce RTX 3080 12GB LHR Here's the build I got. What's the biggest model I can realistically run? Traded bandwidth and speed over vram size, Decided it wasn't worth the extra £100 for the 4gb and a slower GPU.
