The crux of the Musk-OpenAI trial so far is that Brockman keeps acting as if selling chatbots and API access for profit (which is what they do now) is exactly the same as the original mission (which was explicitly working on the AI safety for public benefit). They are obviously not the same. If jury figures that out, OpenAI loses.
