Women sue the men who used their Instagram feeds to create AI porn influencers

Three women from Arizona filed a lawsuit alleging that an artificial intelligence platform and related companies scraped their social media photos and turned them into explicit AI-generated content without consent. The men monetized these AI-generated personas for over three years through subscription-based adult sites and in 2025 launched instructional materials teaching others how to replicate the model. The women sued under Arizona's revenge porn law because the state, like most states, has yet to ban nonconsensual sexual deepfakes outright.
