Anthropic's customer story reports that Zapier adopted Claude Enterprise for work across product marketing, engineering, strategic research, and design. Examples include marketing drafts routed for human review, Claude Code-assisted merge requests, MCP-connected research, and rapid design prototypes.
The story cites 89% AI adoption across all Zapier employees and more than 800 internally deployed AI agents. Those are company-wide, multimodel AI figures, not counts of Claude users or Claude agents. The story also cites tenfold growth in Anthropic app usage, but provides no controlled productivity comparison for Claude specifically. Its claims are vendor-published and should not be presented as an independent outcome evaluation.
