AlphaGenome Atlas: A predictive map of every possible DNA letter change in the human genome

AlphaGenome Atlas, released on 8 September 2026, is a free online platform that contains pre‑computed AI predictions of the molecular impact for every possible single‑nucleotide variant—approximately 9 billion—across the human genome, using DeepMind’s AlphaGenome model. It offers researchers an expansive catalogue of how each DNA letter change can alter biological processes and introduces the AlphaGenome Variant Impact (AVI) score, which merges AlphaGenome predictions with AlphaMissense results for a more robust assessment of variant effects.
