Google DeepMind and A24 announce first-of-its-kind research partnership

Google DeepMind and A24 announced a first-of-its-kind research partnership pairing the AI research lab with the filmmaker-focused studio to help artists develop new workflows and techniques. Google is investing $75 million in A24 in a multi-year, non-exclusive research partnership focused on filmmaking workflows. DeepMind researchers will work with the studio to build out new workflows, while the partnership gives A24 access to DeepMind's research and infrastructure.
