NVIDIA AIPerf is a benchmarking framework that supersedes GenAI‑Perf with a multiprocess architecture, eliminating client‑side bottlenecks during high‑concurrency LLM testing. It supports more than 15 endpoint types and public datasets (e.g., ShareGPT, Mooncake trace replay) while offering configurable arrival patterns such as constant, Poisson, or gamma distributions to mimic production traffic. Core metrics—including time to first token (TTFT), inference latency (ITL), request latency, output token throughput, percentile breakdowns—and GPU telemetry via DCGM or pynvml are reported, with tutorials and a full metrics reference available for advanced use cases.
