Claude Code can edit a video in minutes. Friend took 7 videos totaling 25 minutes and just edited it down to a perfect 10min video for her friend's wedding in 2 prompts. She uploaded all the raw clips without a single edit or explainer, including one accidental video upload that Claude ignored. Claude reviewed the clips, transcribed the whole thing, grouped the scenes by theme, reordered all clips, cut them down, added title cards, and generated the whole thing with full graphics and sound effects. It did that in 17m55s. Prompt 1: "Here's a bunch of videos, turn this into a 'Meet The Couple' video in a Y2K camcorder style with pink and glitter" Second prompt was adding some extra images and flagging two times where the clip needed 1 second of trimming. It did that in 4m55s. Claude even generated a 1min blooper reel at the end.
