Cursor cloud agents now run in isolated virtual machines where they can build, test, and verify their own code — then automatically attach artifacts such as videos, screenshots, and logs to the pull requests they open, allowing teams to review the agent's work directly in GitHub. These agents onboard themselves onto a codebase, produce merge-ready PRs, and also support remote desktop control so reviewers can interact with the modified software without checking out the branch locally. Internally, more than 30% of Cursor's own merged pull requests are now created autonomously by these cloud agents.
