I have opened two tickets, one around a suspected problem and one around one I verified and then sent exact diagnostics over. The initial response was sent to their AI support, which just tried to tell me to read the docs (on a report referencing their own endpoint disagrees with the docs on the issue). The second, I didn't even get a bot. One has been unresponded for about 2 weeks, the other about 1.5. And today I ran into another major issue. If Kimi (or potentially other models) receive images or deal with images through a tool call, Ollama 500s and corrupts the session requiring a full reversion to last turn. This is on vision capable models. If image is read, it's fine. If it is managed through a tool call in any way, you get a corrupted session forever. This was verified in python via direct requests, curl, and 2 harnesses. Now the issue: I have two open tickets like this that have gone unresponded to. I don't know if a human will ever respond to them, but I don't want to open a third. So I'll just state it here.
