  • I still get nonstop questions about use cases, even though I think thinking about things in the use case framework is the wrong way of thinking about it - Enterprises are starting to see actual business loss to challengers and companies using AI internally - I am constantly asking my AI systems, largely Claude Code, to create HTML interfaces for me to do new types of work, similar to what Thariq from Anthropic was advocating for, majority of people are still in single chat thread land - I worry that the cognitive load of the tasks that remain are way too high to maintain for many hours back to back, and I hear the same from friends that the work they are left with is all the hardest work - Lots of people want to work at Anthropic, and I hear about fewer people wanting to work at OpenAI, lots of Google, zero Meta - It's interesting that most of the OpenAI news/viral tweets are from Sam and Greg, but most of the Anthropic ones are from Boris, Thariq, and Alex - Will be interesting to see the first big thing Andrej talks about in the Anthropic world now that he has joined, and a surprisingly high number of leaders have brought up his joining Anthropic as a potential bad sign for OpenAI and Tesla - Not a ton of conversations on robots/humanoids compared to a few months ago - Only slightly fewer questions on environment/data centers compared to a few months ago - still a very big topic and concern - I worry that we're not teaching people enough about mindset and systems thinking and resilience against AI systems 2/2* *unless I think of more Any questions from folks?
