IONNA, the EV charging network founded by eight major automakers including BMW, GM, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes-Benz, Stellantis, and Toyota, announced a strategic partnership with Circle K to significantly expand high-powered EV charging across the United States. The collaboration aims to establish more than 350 "Rechargeries @ Circle K" locations, with IONNA converting and upgrading approximately 85 existing Circle K charging sites while also deploying new chargers at high-traffic locations where no chargers currently exist. Drivers at these stations will have access to charging speeds of up to 400 kW with both NACS and CCS connectors, with the first locations expected to open by end of 2026.
