NVIDIA’s Agentic Variation Operators (AVO) architecture delivers a frontier‑level general‑purpose agent by integrating persistent memory, supervision, and tool use within the system harness rather than relying solely on model capability. On NVIDIA DGX B200 GPUs, AVO autonomously explored over 500 kernel directions, committing 40 variations that achieved up to 10.5 % better performance than FlashAttention‑4. In benchmark tests, AVO scored a perfect 100 RHAE on ARC‑AGI‑3, completing all 183 levels across 25 environments while using 12 % fewer actions than the VISTA baseline, underscoring that system design is key to sustained long‑horizon autonomous performance.
