The goal of training a machine learning model is loss minimization. That was just being applied to algorithms, and now it's being applied to whole enterprises. Loss minimization is one thing that the self-learning loop is affording leaders right now. You're no longer losing insights from your customers because AI is embedded in your ticketing system. You're no longer losing insights from your team chats because AI is in Slack. You're no longer losing decisions from your leadership because AI is inside of your meetings. We've been leaving data value on the table for decades. AI as an operating system is really aiming to capture that value and compound it.
