this could be good but I also hope this isn’t a play to lock out smaller AI companies. Chris Lehane said in a press conference this morning that OpenAI, Anthropic and Google have been working together on AI safety for weeks. He also said that 'OpenAI does not see the need for an antitrust waiver for the three AI firms to coordinate on safety matters'.
