Allstate accuses Broadcom of auditing it because it quit VMware, CA

Allstate Insurance claims that Broadcom initiated a software license audit only after the insurer decided to stop using VMware and CA software. Both Broadcom business units have brought copyright infringement lawsuits against Allstate. Broadcom alleges that Allstate failed to cooperate with the audits.
