The 2027 BMW 7 Series is the most extensive update the car has ever received, with BMW rolling its next-generation Neue Klasse technology into a current-production model for the first time. The electric i7 variant features new cylindrical battery cells with increased energy density and 112.5 kWh capacity, delivering more than 350 miles of range. The sedan gains a software-defined architecture with a centralized computing system and new Panoramic iDrive infotainment stretching across the windshield base.
