A federal jury found that Elon Musk waited too long to bring his lawsuit against OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and others, dismissing his claims that Altman had unlawfully enriched himself from the organization Musk and Altman co-founded. The nine-person jury found that Musk missed the three-year statute of limitations window to file a claim. Altman, co-founder Greg Brockman and OpenAI were found not liable on all claims after the three-week trial.
