Google introduced Nano Banana 2 Lite, its fastest and most cost-efficient image model built for high throughput, speed and scale. The model generates text-to-image outputs in about four seconds and costs $0.034 per 1K-resolution image. It is available through Google AI Studio, Gemini API, and Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, as well as Google consumer surfaces including AI Mode in Search, the Gemini app and other products.
