Paramount accuses Netflix of 'scorched-earth campaign' against WBD merger

Paramount's chief legal officer accused Netflix of conducting a "scorched-earth campaign" to derail the merger in a letter to the Department of Justice . The letter claimed Netflix is trying to "poison regulators" against the deal , while Netflix called the allegations absurd and stated it walked away from the deal months ago .
