Pictet's controlled banking rollout

Pictet deployed Claude Code and Claude Cowork across engineering, product, and business teams, with access for about 700 people. Anthropic's customer story says more than 500 people attended 25 hands-on Claude Code workshops with consultancy Artefact. The rollout began in Pictet's technology division and expanded by role and use case. Pictet requires relevant business data to stay in the EU or Switzerland, with risk, security, and data-protection review.

Anthropic reports working prototypes built in two hours rather than two weeks in selected examples. One compliance gap analysis across more than 50 internal directives was completed in hours, against an earlier two-week estimate for a three-person team. These examples are not an independently measured bank-wide productivity gain; the compliance comparison is against a projected effort, not a completed control-group baseline.
