Qonto's customer-facing financial agents

Qonto deployed Claude in agents inside its banking and bookkeeping product, using Amazon Bedrock for the more complex steps. The agents prepare transfers, invoices, and payroll while customers review and approve consequential actions before they are sent. Qonto's AI Lab also uses Claude Code internally for engineering. Anthropic's customer story says the first customer-facing agent launched six weeks after work began in November 2025, initially to several thousand beta customers.

Anthropic reports bank transfers completed twice as fast, client invoices created in one-third the time, and payroll flows handled five times faster in the described workflows. These are vendor-published customer claims, not independently audited causal estimates across Qonto's entire customer base. Qonto routes tasks across several models; the source does not say every agent step or all savings came from Claude alone.
