Tecban's Copilot rollout
Microsoft's customer story says Tecban adopted Microsoft 365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot, recorded 98 use cases, completed 35, and onboarded more than 3,000 users. In 11 completed Microsoft 365 Copilot cases, business areas reported approximately 5,808 hours per year gained, valued by Tecban at about R$800,000. The story also reports an estimated 30% development productivity gain and 14% testing gain. These are vendor-published customer figures, not independent evaluations.
Tecban used risk, data-sensitivity, and technical reviews before production rollout. It built function-specific agents for pre-sales, compliance, audit, recruitment, and field support. The case illustrates scaled adoption in a regulated banking environment, not a controlled causal estimate of Copilot's impact.
