PwC deploys Copilot globally and reports usage
PwC deployed Copilot globally and reports 285,000+ users, 20M+ April 2026 actions and 1M+ hours of capacity; calculation details are not supplied.
PwC's first-party case page describes its global Microsoft Copilot rollout across front- and back-office workflows. It reports more than 285,000 users in over 100 countries. For April 2026, PwC reports more than 20 million Copilot actions and more than one million hours of capacity created. It also says 54% of its workforce used AI tools weekly, an AI-wide adoption measure rather than a Copilot-only one.
These are PwC-reported figures, not an independent measurement of causal productivity gain. The page does not provide the calculation behind “capacity created”; usage volume is not the same as business value. The page displays a January 2026 date while describing April 2026 activity, suggesting it was updated without a visible revision date. Do not treat that displayed date as the date of the April result.
pwc-copilot-global-rollout records a separate Microsoft customer story and its different six-month time-savings estimate. The measures, populations and periods must not be added together or treated as independent corroboration of a single figure.
