PwC rolls out Copilot across its global workforce
PwC rolled out Copilot to employees globally. PwC reported $150 million in time savings from Copilot use in a Microsoft customer story.
PwC's global Copilot rollout
Microsoft's customer story says PwC rolled out Microsoft 365 with Copilot across the firm, with more than 200,000 Copilot licenses enabled and 40.8 million Copilot actions recorded over six months. It reports $150 million in time savings attributed to Copilot use. The separate $25 million saving came from platform consolidation and should not be attributed to AI. These are vendor-published customer figures; the story does not provide an independent causal evaluation or the calculation method for the time-savings valuation.
PwC also built custom agents for research, HR, and IT support. Its global rollout required country-specific configuration and migration of existing data and mailboxes, illustrating that adoption is as much an operating-model change as a product launch.
