Atlassian uses Claude-class models in Rovo Chat's Long Horizon
Atlassian says Rovo Chat's live Long Horizon engine uses Claude Opus 4.x-class models and can swap reasoning models.
Atlassian's Rovo Chat model architecture
Atlassian says its Long Horizon reasoning engine is live for Rovo Chat customers and currently runs Claude Opus 4.x-class models, with an architecture that can substitute newer reasoning models. The engine uses one reasoning loop and tools to work across Jira, Confluence, Slack, and connected sources rather than handing context between separate specialist agents.
This Atlassian-authored account corroborates that Claude is used selectively in a deployed product. It does not independently validate the adoption scale in Anthropic's customer story, nor establish a Claude-specific productivity outcome. Rovo's overall usage should not be attributed entirely to Claude.
