Cowboy Space has filed FCC plans for a 20,000-satellite "Stampede" orbital data center constellation, after raising $275 million to develop rockets whose upper stages would serve as computing platforms. The company aims to deploy its first "Galactic Brain" data center node by early 2027 before launching its first proprietary rocket carrying a one-megawatt data center by the end of 2028.
