Ubuntu infrastructure has been down for more than a day

Canonical's web infrastructure is under a sustained, cross-border Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack , with the hacktivist group The Islamic Cyber Resistance in Iraq, aka 313 Team claiming responsibility . More than a dozen services and domains have been reported as down, spanning developer tools, security APIs, and public-facing portals , disrupting Ubuntu user downloads, security updates, and access to Canonical accounts.
