Volkswagen unveiled the ID. Polo GTI, its first electric GTI model, on May 15, 2026. The vehicle delivers 222 hp from a front-mounted electric motor and offers up to 282 miles of WLTP range. The ID. Polo GTI will not be sold in the United States, though Volkswagen is expected to gradually launch it in other markets across Europe.
