Apple and Audi alumni have made a luxe EV based on the moon buggy

A Portugal-based startup called Amble, founded by alumni from Apple, Audi, Ford, and Cowboy, unveiled the Amble One, a street-legal electric buggy with a top speed of 40 mph. The vehicle's design is inspired by NASA's 1971 lunar rover, featuring an exposed skateboard-style platform with visible hardware. Premium materials like cork steering wheels and canvas roofs accompany a 15 kW motor and 12 kWh battery providing over 60 miles of range.
