NVIDIA JetPack 7.2.1 adds agentic video skills with the unified jetson‑videosdk, allowing programmable, device-aware video workflows that link developer intent to live device discovery and performance verification. It also introduces PyNvVideoCodec 2.2 support for Python-based, CUDA‑accelerated encoding/decoding using DLPack, featuring multi-mode frame sampling and a ThreadedDecoder to reduce inference latency. Additionally, the release enables emulation of Jetson T3000 performance on the T5000 via the Thor AGX Developer Kit, facilitating rapid development of power‑efficient AI video pipelines.
